At the beginning it was great and easy to follow, I enjoyed the meals and got an 8 week free trial with an online consultant. I managed to lose 5 kg in 5 weeks. However, my consultant stopped calling after 3 weeks and haven't heard from him since. My third order was missing 10 items out of the box, my fourth order I received an email saying some items were out of stock, these said items were not in my menu for that week, so i was worried I was sent wrong menu, got my order and it was the one I ordered ( confusing ). Even though I have continued to order the meals each week, excluding 2 weeks where I missed the cut off period for ordering , I have not received a call from my consultant even if it were to say that it was void because I missed a few weeks. Disappointed in lack of care, very over priced for what you get and would not recommend online service, I would recommend using a local clinic. Local clinics seem to be not associated with online jenny craig,when you ring they put you through to someone else who put you through to someone else. Very frustrating.
