I am travelling to Canada on a Working Holiday Visa with friends, who have also had a similar experience with Jenza.
I have created a Jenza profile, uploaded all of the required documentation and am now in the process of applying for jobs. I found that the Jenza recruitment team were really helpful, informative and friendly. They responded so promptly and thoroughly to all inquiries.
Since deciding to go through Jenza (paying for the service) I found that there was less support than was provided by Jenza in the recruitment faze. I have reached out to Jenza with questions relating to timeframe and application advice and received no further information or advice on navigating the process with my work preferences in mind. It does not seem that the Jenza team can provide you with much information regarding the partnered Skii fields hiring process or give you expertise on application feedback or hiring process expectations. This has been disappointing and a little frustrating.
Due to a fair wait and not receiving adequate information regarding an application, a friend (who also paid for Jenza) applied directly to her preferred Ski company website and has immediately received an interview without Jenza.
I cannot comment on the service provided by Jenza after a job offer has been received, but I hope this feedback helps other make an informed decision regarding which Working Holiday provider to choose.
