I've had the best experience I could have had with Roisin. I had the pleasure to meet her before the others because sadly there was some (communication) problems with the shuttle and JENZA. But Róisín helped me through out, did her best and even more than she could have. We texted and had many phone calls until she was able to solve the issue. She made sure I arrived safely in the hostel and later on, we met in person before the first orientation meet up. Since day 1, she was the sweetest and kindest person I had ever met. She answered all of my questions and even researched them, when there was more information needed. She didn't mind when one of us overslept, instead she made sure that we were okay and were up to date with the news and informations. Roisin had made a serious and complex introduction absolutely fun and easily informative instead of boring and exhausting. I couldn't have asked for a better "instructor" and I'm glad to be able to call her a friend of mine. We had many good laughs and I'll chreish those nice memories forever.
