Booking with JENZA was a good start to my working holiday visa experience. Communication from the main office was good leading up to leaving the UK. However, once I arrived there were some issues with receiving emails, so I would recommend double checking with the team if you haven't received anything. Once I arrived in NZ, Louise and Chantelle were really friendly and helpful. They provided lots of useful information about how to travel, accommodation and jobs. I feel happy that they will be there to contact and support me throughout the year with any issues that arise. Thank you, Lousie & Chantelle! On hindsight I think I would book the 4-day version, rather than the 8-day. As the extra 3 days are through a different company anyway.
