JENZA was a very trustworthy organization. In the orientation they provided a lot of information about topics you may are still insecure about. The Lylo hostel is one of the best in Auckland and therefore very modern and comfortable. The two contact persons are welcoming, loving and caring. The orientation is only a few hours a day which makes it very easy to follow and you will have enough freetime each day. They also provide diffrent organizations for example for buying a van that are very reliable and responsible. Moreover, it helps to get more orientation through the contact with the other paticipants. Additionally, the trip to Devonport was very good organized and they paid very tasty food for us :) So generally, we can only recommend to travel with JENZA because we have nothing to complain.
