We bought new reclining couch and it was delivered in late July. It is really very nice and we like it but, every time I sit in it my neck & back hurt. I tested it by sitting in my love seat for a while and then back on the new couch and sure enough my back started hurting the very next day. I have tried to adjust the way I sit on it but that doesn't make any difference. I contacted Jeromes and at first they said that to exchange it I would have to pay a delivery fee and restocking fee and find something else at their store. I said ok. They later contacted me and said that it has been over a month (by two weeks) and there is no exchanges at all. What kind of customer service is that? The couch has really hard, fully stuffed pillows/seats so you think that it might be good for support but it is just too hard for me. It looks great and there is nothing wrong with it, the recliners both work fine and it looks new. It just is not fitting me and my spine. Now I have to find out how to get rid of it. I know most people would argue with Jerome's but I am older now and I just don't want to do that now a days. There are many other furniture stores out there and I think you all would be much happier going to a store where they would treat you better.
