Been a loyal customer for many years , but I am being completely ripped off . There floor model was not the couch I received. The color was not the same nor the size . Corporate refused to admit it was their mistake and was willing to take the couches back , but wanted me to pay $165.00 restocking fee!!!! They will not refund my money ! I must find something else in store , which there’s nothing I like . My advice, shop at a furniture store that is willing to return / refund when it is obviously their mistake . To make things worst after my complaint, they replaced couches in show room to match what I have now !
