We paid for a warranty on 2 recliner sofas. They sent someone out that ordered the parts and now are telling us it will take 4 months to receive the parts! What in the world are we to do until then? Customer service says they can't do anything about it since their parts come from overseas. We will NEVER purchase any furniture from Jerome's again.
