I asked if they could do a 3-digit number and was told yes, as an exception. It arrived with 2 digits. When I asked about it, they said they’d replace for free. They didn’t. They then said they’d refund my money; they didn’t. Because I had to pay on Zelle, I have no way of getting my money back. They did not respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint
