We booked a break to Krakow in June 2020, through ‘Daily Mail Travel a name you can trust’ our holiday was cancelled because of covid, we did not want vouchers and were promised a refund.
We have now been given several dates over the past year promising that payment would be made, the latest being November 30th 2021, today I received an email apologising that payment would not now be made until May / June 2022, I do not believe that Jetline Travel have any intention of making a refund.
I have forwarded all my correspondence to ‘The Daily Mail a name you can trust’ but it seems they have no leverage of the holiday companies advertising under their name, this seems to me a complete dereliction of their responsibility to readers of The Daily Mail.
