A very good experience from this jeweler. The item I purchased was the cheapest I could find and arrived very quickly with the adjust being made to the strap of the watch as promised. as they have physical stores it would be easy to return the item in person but as yet there has not been any reason to do so and by the looks of it there will not be a reason to do so in the future, Very pleased and impressed with the service.
