My experience with Jewellers Ark was great. I was especially interested in one of the items they had on sale and - as I had some further questions - I dropped them an email with my queries. As I was under pressure timewise and I wanted to make sure my email had got through, I dropped them a call on the same day and - after explaining they were having some trouble with the Internet connection on the day - the person I spoke too answered all my questions in a very nice and professional manner. He also offered to send me some further pictures of the item on the following day, which he did. As a result, I purchased the item online and within the estimated time I received it in perfect conditions - I was very impressed with the excellent packaging for the item. So overall a really great experience and I would definetely recommend Jewellers Ark to everyone.
