I was concerned because they offered a 14 money back guarantee but I was buying this as a present which would not be given until after the 14 day period was over. After speaking with JA they agreed to extend the return period to 14 days after the birthday in question. In the event, it was an unnecessary precaution because the recipient was delighted with the watch and so there was no need to return. Good customer service and a beautiful timepiece. All in all very happy.
