The product I ordered did not arrive. I had to contact FedEx because Jewlr said it would be on its way after a few business days and it did not occur. FedEx said the package was delayed because it was empty. I contacted Jewlr again and received no apology, an excuse, no offer to refund even the shipping, and a promise of a 10 business day investigation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and demanded the product AND a full refund, and following a negative BBB review, they gave me a full refund and canceled my entire order, refusing to deliver as expected. An absolute joke of a company and not how you conduct business.
