I want to warn others: my experience with Jewlr.com (Ontario/Canada) was awful. I encountered multiple issues with delayed deliveries and customer service support with no reliable information. • My order did not arrive on time (or at all) • When I tried to contact them about the delay, their responses were slow, vague, and unhelpful • They have taken an processed an order without contact no, when asked about it they did not take responsibility for their own shipping failures and said nobody calls nowadays before delivery or make any effort to rectify the situation • I feel misled by their promises and marketing, and greatly disappointed
