Having complained to the store and then escalated, the investigation they conducted appears to be little more than asking the staff member concerned if they feel he acted appropriately and then closing the complaint with out offering any evidence.
I would really appreciate it if anyone else has received this type of service if they could let me know or publishes the issue to see if this is isolated or an ongoing incident. You might not have realised what was the underling reason behind your negative experience!
