Appalling , came out for a wasp. Nest in the utility room vent, sprayed the powder was in and out within 5 minutes.
Trying to get them back on their so called guarantee and they have failed to turn up twice . The nest is still active , if they were any good the tech should have looked for other entry points to the cavity and sprayed accordingly hence the problem has not gone away. DO NOT USE THEM
