Ordered a Christmas gift for £32 including delivery fee on the 08/12/19. Item was in stock on website and order processed immediately. Delivery policy states most items shipped within 24 hours. Chaser contact message sent 13/12/19, as no confirmation of postage received. Phoned on 16/12/19 as no reply received. Told item had stock issues but had been ordered from another store and was in transit to be sent out. Guaranteed it would be received before Christmas and upgraded to next day delivery free of charge. Email received 20/12/19 stating full refund was being issued as item was not in stock. What’s the point in lying to your customers? Even more disappointing considering this is my first order from the company, and was specifically told the item would arrive before Christmas - ordered on the 8th! Waste of time and I shall not be using the company again, and ordered the same item from Ted Baker, received the next day.
