Sunday 2-24-19, it took 1 hour and 42 minutes to get my order. I called to see where my order was and the girl who said she was the manager was beyond rude. She told me too bad. Then I finally get my order, completely soaked in oils that it’s dripping, not cut in half, no napkins, etc... and it’s missing my chips and the rest of my order!!! I call back and she answers the phone saying, “ummm hello”. I said is this Jimmy Johns? Long story short she was very rude and unprofessional. It took another 45 minutes to get the rest of my order. She wasn’t even apologetic. She just said too bad. I said I was going to speak with the general manager and she said you can’t, they are gone til Wednesday and laughed. It was the worst service by far I’ve ever gotten anywhere!!! You better believe I took pictures, etc and will be calling corporate.
