Their Dutch customer service sucks big time,they keep messing up orders and aren’t responding to emails. I’ve had the same order sent to the wrong address twice!! I had to pick my order up in another city.
I’ve already canceled my subscriptions because of this.
No more Jimmyjoy for me!!
