Dear Jimmy Joy team,
I've been ordering your products for many years now. However, the last delivery I received was of very poor quality. The texture and the taste of plenty share are very different and frankly speaking disgusting to consume. Has there been a significant process change that could result in the deterioration of the product quality we customers should be made aware of?
I think it would be great to know next time before I buy if the products I order are of the same quality I was accustomed to.
