It depends on what you want.
20 grams of protein for 400 kcal is not much.
I can get that out of cottage cheese with 100 kcal.
It is better than instant noodles but it is on that level.
If i have to wait 5 minutes anyways, better make some cauliflower and egg or something.
Tastewise it is bland
