I was a bit skeptical at first about the shakes but I really liked them and they are very fulfilling. Excellent for quick breakfasts or when you don't want to cook at night. I haven't used them for lunch yet. I have the 1L shaker and it is quite comfortable and nice. My only remark is that the flavors are not as strong as I expected, you can barely feel the apple cinnamon and vanilla taste. However, the banana one is good. I haven't taste the other ones.
