This was the first time that I have tried Jimmy Joy's products in particular the Shake/meals substitute and all I can say is that I'm more than happy with my purchase... the taste is really good and not ''too'' strong ( cause sometimes some flavors can be a bit too much); The salty caramel and the passion fruit are two great choices. They are easy to blend and I find the consistency is fine. It will take less than 2 minutes to make a simple shake and you will be full and without hunger cravings for quite some hours. Perfect and Easy.
