Overall I’m happy with the products, the quality is good I do feel that the fat content could come down a bit, more protien instead. I’m following a macro based diet, 40 percent protien, 35 carbohydrates, 25 fat, these splits would be ideal. One thing I notice as a bit of a side effect is flatulence, and lot of it.
