I love the flavor, the banana shake is really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency of the product, it was less runny than I expected, almost giving me a bite. This makes it feel more like an actual meal than a shake, which I greatly appreciate. I do not feel hungry for several hours, nor do I have any unpleasant reactions from my Crohn's disease, which makes the shake an absolute winner for me! My work makes it difficult for me sometimes to sit down and enjoy lunch, or take my time to eat. With the Plenny shake active I can have my lunch during work, drive from a to b, when being a taxi mom, and still feel completely nourished at the same time. Big fan!
