This is the third time I purchased multiple plenny shakes and I can't go without them. It's just so convenient to grab a shaker, add water and some powder, and there you go, a full meal. I prefer to take 4 scoops as just a regular "meal" isn't sufficient enough for me. I have multiple flavours just to change things up (I enjoy all of them), but my favourite is still apple cinnamon!
