Super handy, original got the plenny shakes just to have a easy and nutritious meal after working out in the evening. Ended up using them every day, frees up so much time after work and are filling. Delivers in 3-5 working days. Went for the more neutral flavours of coconut and chocolate which aren't sweet (which is great as the overly sweetened taste puts me off most protein powders and meal replacement options out there)
