the shakes are delicious. it saves me so much time! instead of having to make breakfast the traditional way I just put 300ml water and 2 scoops of plenny shake and I'm set for breakfast! the shakes leave you full until it's time for lunch which I can fully enjoy because it takes a minute to make, but if I had meals I had to warm up I'd be going down the office to get to the nasty microwave and basically already lost ten minutes of my lunch break, so this is incredibly ideal. so far I've tried almost all of the flavors and can definitely say that coffee is my favorite! and if you wanna switch things up, wild berries is amazing too. tastes like blueberry muffins! the rvs shaker is definitely recommendable over the default shaker that comes with the starter kit, just easier to clean overall and keeps your shake cold for longer. honestly can't look back anymore since I've got this. well worth the money!
