Jimmy Joy has been part of my daily diet for over 4 years and I feel well nourished during this time. It gives me what I need, complements the vegetarian menu, digests well, prevents constipation, and my favorite flavors so far are neutral, which has unfortunately disappeared recently, vanilla, coconut and banana. Lately, wild blueberries have pleasantly surprised me.
