I love Plenny Shake. I've been drinking it (with skimmed milk) for over three years now. It's my breakfast at least 5 out of 7 days, some weeks 7 out of 7. I also often drink it as lunch. You do miss biting or chewing on something sometimes, and I would like to feel 'fuller' for longer after drinking it, but I have the same with any meal really... I tell anyone who gives me weird looks to give it a try.
