Gebruik de shake met magere melk of water. Ik maak de ochtend shake een dag van te voren al klaar. Voor in de middag neem ik poeder apart mee naar mijn werk. De vanille is heerlijk , de chocolade raar maar waar poedersmaak. De banaan is ok.
