With all Jimmy Joy products, there is a fine balance between taste and nutrition. The Plenny Shakes are a bit grainy even after adding almost twice the recommended liquid to the powder, but the taste is nice and made even better with the knowledge that I'm getting a whole lot of nutrition I wouldn't normally be able to. My diet is typically lacking in nutrients and protein given my food allergies and ADHD impulse eating, but these shakes and bars and drinks are what help keep me healthy, along with exercise of course. Caramel Sea Salt is my absolute favorite bar, which is unfortunate due to the pricing because I could go through a whole box in a week!!
