I ordered some Plenny Shakes and I am very happy with the product. With the shipping and delivery my experience is not as good. Although Switzerland is available as a delivery destination, shipping is only possible with hurdles. Due to customs, I incurred additional fees of approx. 45 €. Your company can't do much about that I assume, but I think a clearly visible information to this "danger" would be appropriate.
