Always having a healthy, vegan, easy-to digest meal by hand has really improved my life! As someone with IBD, I used to be stressed a lot whether I would be able to find something suitable to eat when out at work events or with friends. I would often feel like having to stay close to my kitchen and having the option to just always bring a plenny bar with me is fantastic. Also, it has helped me to gain back some weight because it is easy to consume a lot of calories with just a small amount of food (which is what I wanted.)
