tried banana and coffee flavours. overall, pretty good! definite health benefits, saves time. doesn't feel too filling, but i might need some time to get used to it. coffee flavour was a bit disappointing, but i cannot put my finger on it. most definitely will not get it again and will instead put espresso in the shake if i need caffeine.
