I use plenny every day. Chocolate and vanilla only as the others taste like chemicals. Some points of improvements: The metal shaker I got with reward points is barely used as the mesh grid is hard to remove and as I run it in the dishwasher I am afraid it will break one day. Please provide shakers that can go in the dishwasher with detachable parts that are easy to use. The resealing zip lock is really poor. It gets loose on a third or so of the bags and makes it very hard to open and close. If it gets loose, then it is not sealed anymore and leaks powder if I put it in my backpack. Recently I even got a bag that was missing the zipper entirely. Please revise the welding process for the zipper so that it does not come off. When opening a fresh bag, there is often powder spilling as the zip is not closed from the factory. The ripping is messy as it sometimes cut into the zipper and breaking the seal. If I use scissors to open the bag, the sides of the opening is hard to pinch with my fingers when I open the zipper so I need to cut the sides unevenly to provide a place I can grip to open the zipper. Please make sure the zipper is closed and no powder is above the zipper. Also, please include some perforations (between the sealing weld and zipper) that guides the ripping so the rip does not destroy the zipper and makes subsequent openings easier. Look forward many more shakes in the future if you adress these issues. Best regards Michel
