I love Jimmy Joy! I'm in the UK and I'm sure there are alternatives, but I will continue to order these shakes and bars as I really like them. I got used to the slight 'chewing a table leg' effect of the fibre in the bars (tricky not to be like that if you're cramming 400 cals in!) but I just make sure I have plenty of water with it. Extremely tasty, filling and easy.
