Jimmy Joy helps me eat more healthy. I've tried the shakes, bars and as of recently pots too. I don't love all the available flavours, but I do LOVE the specific ones I discovered (for example the cherry bar & banana shake). I also love that Jimmy Joy focusses on health rather than weight loss, which allows you to replace a meal (and be healthier), without experiencing cravings from a lack of calories. I try to keep it as simple as possible though: when I feel like having a normal meal, I have myself a normal meal. This way I never feel like JJ foods restrict me in any way.
