I was a bit hesitant at first, being quite happy with my previous breakfast routine, but I've come round to it. I enjoy mixing frozen berries and some fun toppings through it with an immersion blender when I have the time, or I drink it as-is when I'm in a rush and still feel I've had a breakfast.
