The shakes are a lifesaver, although I'd prefer stronger flavors. The instant meals are just perfect. My main issue is with the shaker: The top is hard to clean, plenty of food is stuck there, and the volume marks are very hard to read. I'd like to see more plenny pot flavors in the future.
