I love Plenny Bars and have been a Jimmy Joy customer since 2014 (Joylent days). However, the delivery process (at least to the UK) is quite frustrating - not just because it takes a while, but customers are not given accurate estimates of the delivery timeline. For example, 4 days after I get a notification that my order is "ready to ship", I get a notification that "Your order is on its way and will be delivered today by Fedex Crossborder!". But it was never going to be delivered "today", and based on current tracking it will not be delivered until about a week after that message.
