I’m using the Active shakes to fully replace solid food. They are amazingly filling and satisfying. At least an order of magnitude better than what I expected, and my expectations were high as. Personally I find that they do taste quite bland. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing depends entirely on your preferences. Rest assured, it is nothing like the typical protein shakes. The taste is dominated by soy, however it merges really nicely with the flavors. Honestly my expectations were extremely low in the taste department, but was pleasantly surprised.
