I am quitting Plenny Shake. It makes you gassy, no matter how much water you drink. It bloats you regardless.
I will stick with Plenny Bars, even though in general I am worried that you use vegetable oil in all of your products, that's not healthy. I am looking for a different vendor who does not use vegetable oil in the meantime.
