Hello, I really like the shakes, however the banana and strawberry ones have a lot of the taste of oats, this makes them tasteless and nauseating over time, I had some gas symptoms, making me bloated, the bars were the most palatable and the chocolate one, red fruits the rest smell like medicine and the taste doesn't help, the drink is too thick, I can't drink a whole one, I hope I helped.
