I've never tried a meal replacement product before so I had to choose being an expensive, popular, product and this cheaper option. After learning the science of this product from Reddit, I went with Jimmy Joy. I do not regret getting the Vanilla as I can customize it by adding some fruit and honey to make it sweeter.
