I've purchased a pack of bars and drinks and a package of shakes and pot. I plan on eating 4/5 products a day to lose some weight and keep me healty. It's going pretty well and this is how I use the products; 9:00 Plenny bar: I love the structure and taste of the (most) bars. They fill me up well and long. 12:00 Plenny drink vanilla: So easy to have lunch in a carton! The taste of the vanilla version is great and also fills me up for a solid 4 hours. 15:00 Plenny shake wildberries: I fill up my shaker with 2 scoops and take it to work. I add the water on the office. This fills me up very well and I love the taste. It's best to let it rest for a couple of minutes before drinking. 18:00 Plenny Pot Mushroom buckwheat risotto: I had to get used to the taste, but at day 3 I'm there. I'm looking forward to it now. It doesn't quite fill me up as much as the other products, which is counter intuitive. I top it up with a proteïneshake to make a decent dinner. Optional 21:00 Plenny bar (on active days) I've been doing this for a week and I feel great. My energylevel is very well. I hit the gym on monday, went for a 6k run tuesday, hit the pool wednesday. Days I sport I feel like I need the extra plenny bar in the evening. Other days not so much and I might skip. The biggest pro is the convenience of having a healthy meal right there in a wrapper or carton, and the consistent 400 kcal per meal makes keeping track of calories realy easy. For me this is a brilliant product.
