First time customer and I ordered 3 plenty shakes varieties. Berry, vanilla and tropical. The Berry and tropical were decent. Vanilla tasted a bit artificial to me. They are decently filling and you can use mix them with different liquids and temperatures for different tastes which is nice if you dont like it warm/cold you can switch it up. The main criticism I have is on the smart shaker you get for free. It has small gaps in the top that make it very hard to clean. Besides that I would recommend going for the 600ml one as you probably wont make a shake larger. 2 scoops with 300ml water is the recommended dose that is about 400kcal.
