The plenny bars and shakes really helped me get through Rock Werchter 2023 without resorting to (too much) fast-food. Also, having a quick meal available at any time really helps when rushing to see a next performance. The bars are really good for 'dinner', while the shakes are great for breakfast/early lunch.
