the vanilla and banana taste good and tolerable.
the chocolate and berry taste like dirt.
i’ve been pooping well, and the plenny shakes are easy to digest.
shipping to canada is immensely expensive… 70 euros? need alternative shipping. will look around for other meal replacements with lower shipping costs.
